This was a difficult picture. not only is the angle of the face somewhat awkward to draw, but the bacground effects took alot of gumption and time to work up.
When I saw this theme, I really wanted to do a Reality Manga entry instead of the line art.
I hope you like it. I wanted to add more detail, but got caught up at work and didnt have much time left after working on the face.
Please let me know how I can make it better.
